Long Island Wedding | Bedell Cellars | Erica + Mike

This past summer was the third year in a row we were fortunate enough to be photographing a wedding on the North Fork of Long Island at Bedell Cellars. ( 2017, 2018 ) The sprawling vines that have been around since 1980, cover the rolling hills around the property and provide a picturesque escape from the hustle of everyday. Once nestled in and around the immaculate gardens, it is easy to see why it is one of the premier wedding venues in all of Long Island. The many different paths and passage ways provide for countless locations to take photographs as the light changes throughout the day.

Erica and Mike were married under the enormous tree as the afternoon sun danced through the leaves. Their weekend was the first break in what seemed like a never ending summer.  Working along side Deanna & Grant of Harrison Films made the day even more memorable. It was so wonderful to meet a couple with such a passion for love and film.

Erica was such an incredible joy to be around. Her smile never left her face all day and it was so beautiful to watch the love showered upon her from her family and bridesmaids. She played an epic prank on Mike during their first look that you have to see to believe below! They have a love that is rare to find these days and you can truly see their passion for one another in the looks they give. We are so thankful for you both and how fun you made our time with you. We truly appreciate you both!

From their phenomenal floral decor at the alter, to the intricately designed houirsduvours, and the romantic reception, this wedding is any bride’s dream. Enjoy the attention to detail and love shared on this gorgeous day North Fork wedding day!

Our Time

It was been quiet around here lately. Just what we needed. The craziness of the end of the year always tends to wear us out a bit. Thankfully we have had a couple weeks of being able to stay behind our computers and crank out the last of our edits and films from last year. It feels so great to get back in a routine and check things off our to do lists. We also take the time to try and recharge during January and February each year. This typically consists of hours of Netflix and all the Harry Potter movies numerous times. We have also been spending some time planning out our next stage of our van conversion.

We are designing the main cabinet to hold our sink, water, and fridge, as well as cabinets along the walls. Our trip to Florida in March is quickly approaching and we hope to have it ready for that trip!
