Langtree Plantation Wedding | Mooresville, NC | Ashley & Manny

Ashley and Manny enjoyed the most amazing Spring like weather for their wedding day in February at Langtree Plantation in Mooresville, NC.  It is a perfect venue to enjoy an outdoor ceremony, however since it was mid February, their plan to have it inside was a wise choice. During the day it was so warm but by the reception it did get chilly!

The Historic Plantation has quickly become one of the premier wedding venues in the Charlotte area and it features a Farmhouse Barn where these two tied the knot and a few other locations on property for ceremonies as well. Be sure to scroll down to see the huge Stable Pavilion where the reception took place and one beautiful sunset!

Ashley looked so beautiful in her Romona Keveza wedding dress from Ladies of Lineage and her hair and makeup by Be Pretty Charlotte was perfect too! Also, all the florals and decor was by the awesome Willow Branch Flowers and Designs!

This was our first time photographing a wedding at Langtree Plantation, however, we are excited to be coming back soon. There are many locations for taking couples away for sunset and some romantic shots, which we absolutely love!  Ashley and Manny enjoyed being able to bask in the warm glow as we and captured their laughs.  This was actually our first wedding of the year and we could not have asked for a better couple. We adore how they couldn’t  keep their hands off of one another and always snuck in kisses for the cameras.

Jackie Fogartie, and her amazing team, kept everyone in order and on schedule.  We are so pumped to work with her a few more times this year. She comes highly recommended for your wedding planning and directing needs!

We are settling into wedding season now as we gear up for 6 weddings over 4 weeks and our June will be filled with cross-country traveling from Sequoia National Park to Bedell Cellars on Long Island. Also, our new website is coming along nicely and throughout the process you may have seen our new logo. A fossil of a fern! We hope to have it finished by our 10 year anniversary of our first wedding ever, June 13th!

cheers and coco puffs,
