Garden of the Gods Engagement | Colorado Springs, CO | Ellen + Chris

Meeting up with Ellen and Chris in the Garden of the Gods for a quick sunrise engagement style, love session was the perfect way to kick off our July 4th weekend. We knew we were in for full belly laughs, great stories, and the possibility of mimosas after. haha

The number one question people ask us is, what are your all time favorite weddings! Honestly, it’s a question we could never answer! So many wedding days have been memorable over the last 12 years. The location, the decor, the dresses, etc., are all amazing parts of a wedding! But the most lasting memories have always been about the people. The relationships and the connections we have with our couples will always be our favorite part about this job. Every wedding we want our couples to think of us as friends celebrating along with them, while simultaneously telling their story. This happened incredibly easy with Ellen and Chris in 2018 for their wedding day. It was a day filled with some of the biggest laughs, joyful tears, and fun that we can remember. This day is certainly one of the many that come to mind when thinking about our favorites!

Watching them dance around Garden of Gods took us right back to their wedding day and reminded us why we love them so much. The pureness of the way they love on one another is gorgeous to witness firsthand and they truly make our job so easy! Enjoy this amazing natural wonder of Colorado Springs and these two cuties. And yes, we got mimosas afterwards and decided on a NYE trip to the Grand Canyon! Haha! We cannot wait!
