This ended up being one day we will never forget and one surprise after another, ending in A Little White Chapel elopement! Haha! It was our second trip driving across the country for a little work and a lot of fun. But the best part of this trip was one of my best friend’s proposal in Las Vegas that then turned into their elopement! When we arrived at the Luxor we were meeting all of our friends thinking we were surprising Tacy. We were all sneaking around the hotel waiting for the signal from Matt to head to the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay.

The call came, and we ran down to the aquarium and nearly tackled her from behind. It worked perfectly! After all the hugs and laughter ended, we walked into the aquarium and into the shark tunnel. Which is Tacy’s favorite! Then Matt got down on one knee, a scuba diver appeared behind the glass, and held a small sign reading, “Tacy will you marry me?”.  Of course she instantly shook her head yes, with her hands over her face. We all cheered as bystanders laughed and clapped. It was time to celebrate! We were sipping champagne back in the room and Tacy gave us all cards. With huge smiles on their faces they revealed the biggest surprise, their elopement! They had fooled us all and Tacy knew we were coming even though she didn’t know about the proposal first. IT WAS AWESOME!

So we all got ready and headed down to A Little White Chapel where they tied the knot! The perfect Vegas proposal and elopement all in one day!!

How many people can say they had their proposal and elopement all in one day. This was a whirlwind of a day, to say the least, and we had such an amazing time celebrating our friends! We are so thankful that we could be there for such a special day that we and everyone else will never forget!
