In November we had the pleasure of staying a night at The Weaving House in Lakeland, Florida. A mid century treasure that is immaculately preserved from the day it was built. We adored the vintage style, furnishings, and art throughout the home that immediately place you back into the 1950s. The moment you enter you are greeted with a since of nostalgia and warmth that you don’t find in today’s homes. From the Terrazzo floors, to the pocket doors, and the walls of glass, the open floor plan creates a seamless transition from room to room and to the outdoors. Whether laying in the bed or sitting on the sofa, you are welcomed with a vantage point of the inviting outdoor spaces.
